The transaction is carried out through a share issue in-kind, under which Sm\u00e5landsvist receives newly issued shares in Bon\u00e4sudden as payment.<\/p>\n<p>The properties comprise a total of approximately 21,600 square metres of lettable area and have an agreed property value of SEK 676 million.
