AMF Fastigheter is one of Sweden\u2019s largest real estate companies. The property portfolio, comprising 34 centrally located commercial properties in Stockholm and Sundbyberg, is valued at approximately SEK 75 billion and has a total lettable area of around 620,000 square meters.
