Olsbergs designs, manufactures and supplies hydraulic valves and remote control systems used to maneuver Hiab\u2019s truck mounted loader cranes and forestry cranes. All 100 Olsbergs employees will join Hiab following the transaction. Hiab is a leading provider of smart and sustainable load handling solutions such as HIAB, EFFER and ARGOS loader cranes, MOFFETT and PRINCETON truck mounted forklifts, LOGLIFT forestry cranes, JONSERED recycling cranes, MULTILIFT skiploaders and hooklifts, GALFAB roll-off cable hoists, and tail lifts under the ZEPRO, DEL and WALTCO brands.
