News Kilpatrick advises Alma and Optuna on warehouse property acquisition

Kilpatrick acted as legal advisor to Alma Property Partners and Optuna in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse property located in Lerum, just outside Gothenburg. The transaction represents the first joint acquisition within the framework of the parties’ newly established joint venture, which is focused on investments in warehouse and light industrial properties in the Greater Gothenburg area. The property comprises approximately 7,700 square metres of lettable area and is currently occupied by two tenants who, in conjunction with the transaction, renegotiated and extended their lease agreements.

The Kilpatrick team was led by Fredrik Ahlqvist and included Viktor Lundin, Sanja Lindberg, Alexandra Ebenfelt, and Linnea Eriksson.
