News Kilpatrick advisor to Prisma Properties on acquisition of two new ICA Maxi stores

Kilpatrick has acted as legal advisor to Prisma Properties in connection with the company’s acquisition of two properties in Arvika and Mariestad, which together comprise approximately 12,000 square meters of leasable space and house two new ICA Maxi stores.

The transaction is structured as a forward deal based on an underlying property value of SEK 345 million, before deduction for deferred tax. Possession will take place upon completion, planned for February 2026 for Arvika and March 2027 for Mariestad. The seller is the property developer Kynningsrud.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Marcus Munk, Viktor Lundin, Alexandra Ebenfelt, and Linnea Eriksson.
