News Kilpatrick advisor to Smålandsvist AB in the sale of properties for newly issued shares in Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ)

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor to Smålandsvist AB in connection with the sale of two newly developed properties in Växjö and Kalmar to Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ). The transaction is carried out through a share issue in-kind, under which Smålandsvist receives newly issued shares in Bonäsudden as payment.

The properties comprise a total of approximately 21,600 square metres of lettable area and have an agreed property value of SEK 676 million. The transaction is conditional upon approval by an extraordinary general meeting in Bonäsudden and Smålandsvist.
