News Kilpatrick advisor in the formation of Selegio Fastigheter

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor in connection with the formation of the new real estate company Selegio Fastigheter, which has been established by Redito, PRI Pensionsgaranti and Lantmännen Fastigheter. Selegio focuses on investments in retail properties in Sweden.

Selegio’s objective is initially to establish a property portfolio with a value of at least SEK 2 billion, focusing on discount and grocery-anchored retail locations.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Cecilia Lohmander and Lisa Sundström.
