News Kilpatrick advisor to Trifam on acquisition of office property in Västberga from CapMan

Kilpatrick has acted as legal advisor to Trifam Fastighets AB in connection with their acquisition of the office property Vreten 17 in Västberga, southwestern Stockholm. The property comprises approximately 6,550 square meters of lettable area and is fully leased to Avarn Security. The seller was CapMan Real Estate.

The acquisition means that Trifam is expanding its already existing portfolio in Västberga.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Anthony Bähr, Thomas Rajala, Alexandra Ebenfelt, Marcus Carlsson, Cecilia Jacoby, and Linnea Eriksson.
