News Kilpatrick advises Pixelgen Technologies on Series B financing led by Flat Capital

Kilpatrick has advised Pixelgen Technologies AB in connection with its approximately SEK 150 million Series B financing round, led by Flat Capital with participation from, among others, Industrifonden and Navigare Ventures.

Pixelgen Technologies is a Swedish life sciences company that has developed a technology for mapping molecular cell architecture at nanoscale resolution. The company’s technology enables researchers to study how proteins are organised and positioned on the surface of individual cells and is used in areas including immunology, oncology, haematology and cell therapy.

The proceeds will be used to support continued product development and the company’s global commercial expansion.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Tobias Öhd and Felicia Herdell.
