News Kilptrick advised Lundin Mining Corporation in connection with sales to Boliden AB

Kilpatrick has assisted Lundin Mining Corporation with respect to Swedish law in connection with Lundin Mining Corporation’s sale of Somincor–Sociedade Mineira de Neves-Corvo, S.A. and Zinkgruvan Mining AB to Boliden AB for up to USD1.52 billion in total consideration.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Cecilia Lohmander, Cecilia Qvist, Sylvia Lindén, Tobias Öhd, Anthony Bähr, Louise Ljöstad and Alexandra Ebenfelt.
