Kilpatrick advised Regio on the sale of a light industrial portfolio

Kilpatrick has advised Fastighets AB Regio on the sale of a portfolio consisting of 27 properties located in Stockholm and Gothenburg to GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund I. The transaction includes a total of approx. 95,000 square meters of lettable area.

Kilpatrick has advised Prisma Properties in a real estate acquisition

Kilpatrick has advised Prisma Properties on its acquisition of three retail properties in Kiruna, Sundsvall, and Gävle from NP3 Fastigheter. The acquisitions comprise a total of 26,700 square meters of leasable area, with an underlying property value of SEK 463 million.

The properties are leased to well-established tenants primarily in the discount retail and grocery sectors, with an annual rental value of SEK 42.8 million. The closing is scheduled for the beginning of the third quarter of 2025.
