Kilpatrick advisor to Trifam on acquisition of office property in Västberga from CapMan

Kilpatrick has acted as legal advisor to Trifam Fastighets AB in connection with their acquisition of the office property Vreten 17 in Västberga, southwestern Stockholm. The property comprises approximately 6,550 square meters of lettable area and is fully leased to Avarn Security. The seller was CapMan Real Estate.

The acquisition means that Trifam is expanding its already existing portfolio in Västberga.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Anthony Bähr, Thomas Rajala, Alexandra Ebenfelt, Marcus Carlsson, Cecilia Jacoby, and Linnea Eriksson.

Kilpatrick advisor to Hemvist on acquisition of three residential projects from JM for SEK 1.125 Billion

Kilpatrick had the pleasure of assisting Hemvist in connection with the acquisition of three rental apartment projects from JM, comprising a total of 304 residential units. The projects are located in Solna, Uppsala, and Upplands Väsby, and are planned to commence construction gradually between 2026 and 2027, with expected completion between 2027 and 2029.

The transaction means that Hemvist strengthens its portfolio with over 300 new rental apartments and continues its growth journey in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.

The acquisition is based on underlying property values totaling approximately SEK 1.125 billion.
