News Kilpatrick advised Regio on the sale of a light industrial portfolio

Kilpatrick has advised Fastighets AB Regio on the sale of a portfolio consisting of 27 properties located in Stockholm and Gothenburg to GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund I. The transaction includes a total of approx. 95,000 square meters of lettable area.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Viktor Lundin, Anthony Bähr, and Alexandra Ebenfelt.
