News Kilpatrick advises AMF Fastigheter on redevelopment agreement with Zengun for Gallerian

AMF Fastigheter and Zengun have entered into an agreement for the redevelopment of parts of Gallerian in central Stockholm. The project sets high standards for the final product and includes, among other things, premises for Spotify. See more information about the project here.

Kilpatrick has acted as legal advisor to AMF Fastigheter in connection with the drafting of the agreement. Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Johan Wedsberg and Marcus Carlsson.

AMF Fastigheter is one of Sweden’s largest real estate companies. The property portfolio, comprising 34 centrally located commercial properties in Stockholm and Sundbyberg, is valued at approximately SEK 75 billion and has a total lettable area of around 620,000 square meters. AMF Fastigheter is a wholly owned subsidiary of the pension company AMF and has two management assignments: one on behalf of AMF and one on behalf of Urban Escape KB, which is owned by AMF and AP7.
