News Kilpatrick advises Bonnier Fastigheter on property acquisition in Stockholm’s Hamnkvarter

Kilpatrick has acted as legal advisor to Bonnier Fastigheter in connection with their acquisition of the property Glasgow 1 in Stockholm’s Hamnkvarter. Bonnier Fastigheter has now completed the acquisition of the site, which was partly created through land reclamation, where the office project Pirhuset is planned.

Pirhuset will become a new landmark in one of Stockholm’s most attractive development areas and will comprise approximately 40,000 square meters of leasable space. It marks Bonnier Fastigheter’s second office development in the area.
