News Kilpatrick Advises Rikshem on acquisition of residential properties from Besqab

Kilpatrick had the pleasure of advising Rikshem in connection with the acquisition of three residential properties in Uppsala from Besqab, comprising a total of 127 rental apartments. The buildings were constructed with investment support and were completed in 2023. The acquisition was made at an underlying property value of SEK 263 million.
