News Kilpatrick advises Sveafastigheter on the divestment of two residential development projects in the Stockholm region

Kilpatrick has advised Sveafastigheter in connection with the divestment of two residential development projects in the Stockholm region to Acer Bostad.

The transaction comprises the two rental residential projects Gamla Landsvägen in Ektorp, Nacka, and Hedvig in Spånga, Stockholm. The agreed underlying property value amounts to SEK 727 million before deduction of deferred tax.

In connection with the transaction, Sveafastigheter and Acer Bostad have also entered into a strategic property management partnership, under which Sveafastigheter inter alia will manage the divested properties.
