News Kilpatrick advisor to Alma and Rexbo in the acquisition of three light industrial properties

Kilpatrick has advised Alma Property Partners and Rexbo Gröna Industrihus in connection with the acquisition of three light industrial properties in the Länna industrial area in Huddinge Municipality. The transaction was carried out through two separate deals, with Xano Precision AB and a private party as the sellers. The three properties comprise a total of 4,500 square meters of lettable area and approximately 9,800 square meters of land area.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Viktor Lundin, Alexandra Ebenfelt, and Linnea Eriksson.
