News Kilpatrick advisor to Enreal AB in acquisition of properties from Logistri Fastighets AB

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor to Enreal AB in the acquisition of two properties totaling 7,500 square meters located in the Eriksbergs and Larsboda industrial areas south of Stockholm. The sale was carried out by Logistri Fastighets AB.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Viktor Lundin and Alexandra Ebenfelt.
