News Kilpatrick advisor to Enreal AB in property acquisition in Kista

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor to Enreal AB in the acquisition of the site leasehold to the property Gullfoss 2, which comprises a warehouse and light industrial building in the Kista industrial area north of Stockholm. The seller was Billow Investerings AB.

The property has a lettable area of approximately 2,500 square meters and is fully leased to Euromaster.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Alexandra Ebenfelt, and Linnea Eriksson.
