News Kilpatrick advisor to EQT Real Estate in the acquisition of phase 2 in Campus Flemingsberg

Kilpatrick has advised EQT Real Estate II fund on the acquisition of the second phase of a planned residential development in Flemingsberg from ByggVesta, comprising 388 rental apartments. The acquisition was carried out as a forward funding. Together with real estate developer ByggVesta, EQT Real Estate will now continue the development of Campus Flemingsberg – a new residential area with over 800 rental apartments for young professionals, researchers, and students.

Kilpatrick also advised EQT Real Estate on the acquisition of the first phase, comprising 417 apartments.

The Kilpatrick team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Viktor Lundin, and Johan Wedsberg.
