News Kilpatrick advisor to Optuna and Alma Property Partners on property acquisition in Gothenburg

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor to Optuna and Alma Property Partners in connection to their latest acquisition within the logistics and light industrial real estate segment in the Greater Gothenburg area. The transaction concerns the property Kärra 92:1 in Gothenburg, which has been acquired from Nordsvets Holding AB. In connection with the acquisition, the tenant has entered into a new lease agreement. This marks the second joint acquisition since Optuna and Alma Property Partners established their joint venture in 2025.
