News Kilpatrick advisor to Optuna and Alma Property Partners on property acquisition in Gothenburg

Kilpatrick has acted as advisor to Optuna and Alma Property Partners in connection to their latest acquisition within the logistics and light industrial real estate segment in Gothenburg. The transaction concerns the property Röd 2:56 on Hisingen, which has been acquired from Autotrans Utleiebygg AB. The property comprises approximately 3,300 sqm of lettable area on a plot of approximately 10,000 sqm and is fully leased to an established industrial tenant. This marks the third joint acquisition since Optuna and Alma Property Partners established their joint venture in 2025.
