News Kilpatrick has assisted Lerstenen and Cinox in the sale of a property portfolio to Diös.

Kilpatrick has assisted Lerstenen and Cinox in the sale of a property portfolio in Umeå to Diös. The portfolio comprises a total of 73,000 square meters of centrally located properties and is transferred at a property value of 1.6 billion SEK. The transfer is scheduled for June 2, 2025.

Lerstenen will now focus on the development and management of rental housing in Umeå, where they currently own 1,300 rental units and have approximately 250 under development.
