News Kilpatrick has assisted Regio in the sale of commercial properties in Trollhättan

Kilpatrick has assisted Fastighets AB Regio in the sale of two commercial properties in the Överby retail area, Trollhättan, to Arwidsro. The transaction involves 20,861 square meters of lettable space, with a property value of 440 million SEK and a rental value of 34.8 million SEK.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Anthony Bähr, and Alexandra Ebenfelt.
