News Kilpatrick has assisted Urbanea in the acquisition of properties in Järfälla for SEK 117 million

Kilpatrick has assisted Urbanea in the acquisition of properties in Järfälla from JM, a transaction valued at SEK 117 million. The properties are located in the growing area of Bolinder Strand and will be used to further develop the commercial spaces.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Anthony Bähr, Viktor Lundin, and Alexandra Ebenfelt.
