News Kilpatrick advised Navigare Ventures AB on an investment in Scaleout Systems AB

Kilpatrick has advised Navigare Ventures AB, an early-stage investor within Wallenberg Investments specialized in science-driven companies, on a SEK 35 million investment in Scaleout Systems AB. The investment will be used to accelerate the development of Scaleout Systems’ AI technology and strengthen its presence in the cloud-edge computing market.

Scaleout Systems AB is a leading player in distributed machine learning, having developed technology that enables AI models to be trained directly on devices without transferring sensitive data. In addition to Navigare Ventures AB, Fairpoint Capital is participating as a new investor, alongside several existing investors.
