News Kilpatrick advises Notion Capital in USD 20 million pre-seed financing round in Endra Systems

Kilpatrick has advised Notion Capital, one of Europe’s leading early-stage business software investors, in connection with a USD 20 million pre-seed financing round in Endra Systems AB. Endra provides a generative design platform for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
The platform focuses on the design of ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems in connection with the construction of buildings.

The financing round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from, among others, Norrsken VC. Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Tobias Öhd, Cecilia Jacoby and Lisa Sundström. Kilpatrick’s corporate group has extensive experience advising venture capital and growth investors in technology and growth transactions and regularly assists leading investors in connection with investments, acquisitions and other strategic transactions within the technology sector.
