News Kilpatrick advisor to Rikshem in property acquisition in Mölndal

Kilpatrick has assisted Rikshem in connection with the acquisition of a care and nursing facility under construction. The transaction concerns a property located in the Pedagogen Park area, situated in the growing municipality of Mölndal. The planned care and nursing building is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2028.
