News Kilpatrick advises Lundbergs Fastigheter on logistics and warehouse property transaction in Norrköping

Kilpatrick has advised Lundbergs Fastigheter in connection with the divestment of the logistics and warehouse properties Kopparn 1 and Kromen 3, located in the Ingelsta district in northern Norrköping.

The properties comprise approximately 17,000 square meters of warehouse, logistics and office space and were transferred through a share deal at an underlying property value in line with the most recently published valuation.

The buyer is Evolv AB, and closing took place on July 1, 2026.
