Lovisa Perneryd works primarily with dispute resolution as well as Construction and Consultancy Law. Lovisa has broad experience as legal advisor to Swedish and international clients in complex construction and infrastructure projects. She works both with project advice in ongoing projects and as counsel in arbitrations and litigation proceedings.
Lovisa represents property owners, construction companies, and consultants in various types of construction and infrastructure projects. She also has experience of representing companies in various types of commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings. She assists clients with drafting and reviewing contracts and with negotiating contracts. She also holds courses in Construction and Consultancy Law.
