News Kilpatrick has advised Däckverket in connection with eight acquisitions

Kilpatrick has assisted Däckverket AB, a group of dedicated entrepreneurs managing high-quality and well-managed tire workshops, in connection with Däckverket’s latest acquisitions of Malå Gummiverkstad AB and Tranemo Däckservice AB. During the last year, Kilpatrick has assisted Däckverket in the acquisition of eight different companies across various parts of Sweden.

With these recent acquisitions, Däckverket continues its strategy of acquiring workshops that exhibit strong entrepreneurial leadership, with a focus on both customers and employees. Through the acquisition of Malå Gummiverkstad AB, Däckverket is now growing in both an interesting region and with new customer categories. Malå Gummiverkstad is strategically located in the thriving Skelleftefältet and has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of heavy tires in northern Sweden since its inception in the late 1970s.
