News Kilpatrick has advised Prisma Properties in a real estate acquisition

Kilpatrick has advised Prisma Properties on its acquisition of three retail properties in Kiruna, Sundsvall, and Gävle from NP3 Fastigheter. The acquisitions comprise a total of 26,700 square meters of leasable area, with an underlying property value of SEK 463 million.

The properties are leased to well-established tenants primarily in the discount retail and grocery sectors, with an annual rental value of SEK 42.8 million. The closing is scheduled for the beginning of the third quarter of 2025.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Hanna Sundberg, Fredrik Ahlqvist, Viktor Lundin, Alexandra Ebenfelt, and Linnea Eriksson.
