Kilpatrick Townsend has represented Resinova in connection with the indirect purchase of the real property Helsingborg Guldgubben 1 from Unobo for an agreed property value of SEK 197 million. The property consists of 95 apartments constructed in 2020.

Kilpatrick Townsend’s team consisted of Anthony Bähr, Anna Palmgren Hjärpe and Viktor Lundin.
