News Kilpatrick advisor to EQT Real Estate on the sale of 805 rental homes in Flemingsberg

Kilpatrick has advised EQT Real Estate on the sale of 805 rental apartments in Flemingsberg to Acer Bostad. The sale comprises 417 completed apartments and a further 388 apartments currently under construction, which are expected to be completed in 2027. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 27,500 sqm.

The apartments are part of Campus Flemingsberg, a residential area developed together with ByggVesta for young professionals, researchers and students.

Kilpatrick’s team consisted of Fredrik Ahlqvist, Johan Wedsberg, Anthony Bähr, Viktor Lundin and Felicia Herdell.
