Our team brings extensive labor and employment experience, including concluding employment contracts and consultancy agreements; managing intangible assets against employees and consultants; designing incentive programs for key personnel; as well as handling business transfers, relocations, collective redundancies, trade unions negotiations, compliance and compliance reviews, and occupational health and safety issues.
We also provide extensive, strategic guidance around labor law disputes, especially in disputes where employees acted unfairly or started competing activities. We routinely handle permit issues under discussion for companies in Sweden that want to hire foreign labor, having successfully represented employers and employees against migration courts in so-called “competence expulsions.” Through our U.S. Desk, we also provide advice to clients considering employing in the United States.
