Emilia Eye focuses her practice on dispute resolution primarily within the construction and infrastructure industry. Dual barred in both Sweden and the United States, she has represented a wide variety of clients in the construction industry, including owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and municipalities, both in Sweden and internationally.
Emilia’s project experience includes large industrial mills and processing facilities, water treatment facilities, hydroelectric power plants, energy storage facilities, pipelines, schools, and commercial developments. She also has experience with drafting and reviewing construction contracts.
Previously, Emilia worked as an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, where she focused her practice on dispute resolution within the construction and infrastructure industry, as well as government contracting. Emilia has litigated cases in a variety of forums, including Swedish courts, American courts, domestic arbitration, and international arbitration.
Emilia has taught courses in construction law and is a repeat guest lecturer at Stockholm University School of Law.
Emilia was recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” in 2022 for Construction Litigation and in 2023 and 2024 for Construction Law and Construction Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®.

- Represented contractors and suppliers in legal review procedures of public procurements concerning, e.g., construction and infrastructure projects.
- Represented contractors in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office.
- Advised government contractors on complying with various regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations, cybersecurity regulations and export controls, and navigating small business and socioeconomic regulations.
- Acted as government contracts counsel in several contractor mergers and acquisitions.
